Once processed you will receive your affiliate code and password to allow you to start marketing your new program.

2) Web Site Approvals:

We reserve the right to refuse affiliates from marketing our program on sites promoting such things as sex, violence, illegal activities, etc.

3) Terms

This agreement starts when you are issued your affiliate code. We reserve the right to terminate it at any time or change the terms of our program at any time. You may terminate your affiliate program at any time.

Net Wealth Group is not liable for any loss of data or interruptions of service on this web site.

4) Copyrights

Net Wealth Group. owns the copyrights to our products. Affiliate members and purchasers do not have the rights to redistribute or resell our products or derivative versions of our products.

All Net Wealth Group. products and websites have been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.

5) Money

Commissions on trackable on-line sales are paid on gross sales not including shipping and handling. Trackable sales only work when cookie tracking is enabled on visitors browsers. Our cookies are non-expiring so repeat visits that do not come directly from your site will still count towards your commissions if the cookie is not otherwise removed.

Commissions on services are paid on gross sales actually collected from clients.

You understand you are acting as an independent contractor and as such are responsible for your own taxes and any other liabilities. You agree that you are not authorized to act on our behalf other than marketing our products and services as an independent contractor for a commission.

Checks are written monthly for any amounts over $25.00. Any amounts under that will be carried over to the next check. We do not pay interest on any commissions.

Commissions are only paid on payments that are made in full. If transactions incur a chargeback it will not count towards affiliates commissions. If commissions have already been paid on a chargeback that amount will be deducted from future checks.

NOTE: Since we have a 100% guarantee for 30 days we cut affiliate checks every 60 days to avoid potential returns or chargebacks after commissions are paid.
